20'x37' RESIDENCE

ECONOMIC  RESIDENCE 

This design based on low cost housing,  but there is a lot of architecture features make this special house. 

The total plot area is 750sq ft. Its east facing plot. 

FEATURE ONE

The front facade of house  concept taken by the hindu philosophy that is the NAMASTE. Its a symbol for welcoming. 

FEATURE SECOND 

The window is fix on a vertical position, so that air goes  easily  and its increase the volume of transfer. Its also make a retro look

FEATURE THIRD

Railing is designed by two materials MS pipe and Stainless steel.  We use the  small size of steel, so that its don't break the monopoly of design. Our main focus on bricks.
